Advanta Health clinics are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Advanta Health clinics are closed on weekends and on the holidays listed below:

• New Year’s Day

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

If a listed holiday falls on a Saturday, Advanta Health clinics will be closed the day before the holiday (Friday). If a listed holiday falls on a Sunday, Advanta Health clinics will be closed the day after the holiday (Monday).

Most Advanta Health appointments are in-person appointments. Some Advanta Health mental health professionals can provide virtual/remote mental health screening appointments. Patients are notified prior to their appointment if there is an option to attend the appointment virtually/remotely.

Patients can bring one adult caregiver, family member, or friend when attending their appointment(s). Depending on the service required and the level of support a patient needs, a provider may ask the accompanying adult to wait in the clinic waiting room until the patient’s appointment is over.
