Dedicated Professionals Delivering Trusted, Veteran-Focused Care
At Advanta Health, our network of providers is committed to delivering an exceptional and respectful experience to every patient.
Our team shares one mission — to provide accurate, evidence-based, and compassionate medical evaluations that honor the service of our Veterans.
Our clinical staff includes experienced Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals who work together to ensure each Veteran receives individualized, high-quality care. Every provider is trained to understand military culture, disability documentation, and the unique medical needs of those who served.
Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
Our Nurse Practitioners perform in-clinic medical assessments and evaluations for Veterans completing VA Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) and Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams.
They ensure that each evaluation is thorough, fair, and compliant with VA and VBA standards.
Physicians
Advanta Health Physicians oversee patient care, provide clinical guidance to the team, and perform specialized medical evaluations.
They also offer independent medical opinions to assist the VA in determining claims accurately.
Physician Assistants (PAs)
Physician Assistants conduct in-person medical evaluations for Veterans transitioning from active duty or applying for disability benefits.
They ensure a detailed review of medical history, functional limitations, and current health concerns.
Behavioral Health Providers
Licensed Behavioral Health professionals conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments to identify service-related mental health conditions, always in a supportive and professional environment.
Audiologists
Audiologists at Advanta Health evaluate and diagnose auditory conditions using advanced diagnostic tools.
Their reports help the VA determine accurate disability ratings for Veterans with hearing-related concerns.
Optometrists
Our Optometrists perform vision evaluations and complete VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) for Veterans with visual or ocular health issues, ensuring precise and evidence-based results.
Medical Assistants
Certified Medical Assistants support our providers and patients daily — assisting with check-ins, documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized, and accessible clinical environment.

Our Commitment
At Advanta Health, we believe Veterans deserve more than a standard appointment — they deserve a professional experience rooted in dignity, accuracy, and trust.
Our providers work diligently to maintain full compliance with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and Disability Medical Assessment (DMA) standards, ensuring every report meets VA requirements for Compensation and Pension claims.
We are honored to serve those who served.
